Let me ask you something, plain and simple:
Would you hand your kid a plate of food laced with cancer-causing chemicals and call it "convenient"?
Because that’s what we’re doing—every single day—in the so-called "land of the free." Our kitchen cabinets are stocked with poison, our food wrapped in toxic packaging, our teeth cleaned with floss soaked in industrial sludge. And when lawmakers finally try to do something about it, what happens?
Cue the crocodile tears from the Cookware Sustainability Alliance—the industry’s cheerleading squad—screaming about “jobs,” “consumer choice,” and “economic disruption.” It’s the same tired script. The elites love to guilt-trip you into thinking that standing up for your health somehow makes you un-American.
Let me be real clear:
What’s un-American is allowing chemical companies to quietly destroy an entire generation’s health to protect corporate profits.
These industry apologists say PFAS are “safe,” “non-toxic,” and “inert.” They toss around regulatory jargon from the FDA and the European Food Safety Authority as if those alphabet agencies haven't already sold out to the highest bidder. Remember, these are the same bureaucrats who approved glyphosate, aspartame, and a thousand other poisons while Americans get sicker and poorer.
If PFAS are so “safe,” then why are we seeing:
You don’t need a Harvard degree to see the pattern. You just need to stop watching Netflix long enough to read the warning label.
This is not science fiction. It’s chemical warfare waged against the American family, under the banner of “convenience.”
Let’s stop pretending that this is about cookware. This is about control—corporate, bureaucratic, and chemical control.
They’ve already poisoned the money with inflation.
They’ve poisoned the media with lies.
Now they’re poisoning your body with chemicals you can’t even pronounce.
We’re supposed to believe that regulating PFAS will “raise prices”? You know what else raises prices? Hospital bills for liver failure. Infertility treatments. Burial costs.
So let’s not be naive:
You are being asked to trade your long-term health and your child’s future for a cheap skillet at Walmart.
That’s not capitalism. That’s slavery.
California might have gotten this one right—but don’t think for a second that this fight is over. The chemical lobbyists will throw every dollar they’ve stolen from your wallet to stop this bill in its tracks. They’ve got the media. They’ve got the scientists. And they’ve got the cowardly politicians on both sides of the aisle.
So now it’s up to you.
Because the question isn’t whether PFAS are dangerous. The question is: how long are we going to let them kill us before we do something about it?
