Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth isn’t playing games. On Sunday, he issued a clear directive: Every single civilian DoD employee must submit a five-bullet-point report on what they accomplished last week.

“I am now directing each member of the department’s civilian federal workforce to provide five bullets of what they accomplished last week and comply with OPM’s email directive,” Hegseth announced on X, alongside a video statement.

For the first time in decades, federal employees are being forced to prove their worth. No more hiding behind layers of bureaucracy. No more milking the system. If you don’t contribute, why should the American people pay you?

Hegseth’s move comes after Musk’s DOGE sent out emails last week asking the entire federal workforce to list five things they’d accomplished. Shockingly, only half of them responded. The other half? Probably sweating bullets, wondering how they’ll explain their years of doing absolutely nothing.
