It all began the moment President Trump signed the executive order that launched the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) on Inauguration Day. In walked Elon Musk. Out went the waste.
In the first 100 days alone, $160 billion in fraud, waste, and abuse was purged. But faster than you can say “drain the swamp,” the lawsuits came flying.
National Security Counselors Inc., backed by swamp lawyers, tried to reclassify DOGE as a federal advisory board. Why? To shackle it in red tape and kill it from the inside. Other D.C. attack dogs, like the American Public Health Association and Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, piled on with suits claiming DOGE was illegal.
Why so desperate to stop it?
Because DOGE was working.
Elon Musk and DOGE tried to cut deeper—but the bureaucracy locked the doors.
When DOGE requested access to Social Security data to root out fraud, a federal judge slammed the brakes, issuing a preliminary injunction. The accusation? DOGE might not “follow procedure” while saving the taxpayers billions.
Let that sink in: The government sued itself to protect waste.
Six plaintiffs, backed by privacy groups, accused Musk of violating the Privacy Act. Meanwhile, the Government Accountability Office and the CFPB—the very agencies Musk was targeting for gutting—launched their own “investigations.”
That’s not oversight. That’s institutional sabotage.
The cartel of blue-state AGs didn't waste time. Spearheaded by New Mexico’s Raul Torrez, 14 attorneys general sued DOGE, hoping to stop its dismantling of sacred cows like USAID and the corrupt CFPB.
But it wasn’t just the state barons crying foul.
Federal unions—the same ones bleeding taxpayers dry—sued DOGE for “violating civil service protections” when Musk offered buyouts to over 2 million government employees.
Translation: They wanted to keep riding your paycheck until the country collapsed.
As Trump returned to power, the streets turned into theaters for the professional protest class.
From D.C. to Silicon Valley, mobs screamed “No Kings in America!” while branding Elon Musk as a dictator. Tesla factories were vandalized. Violent attacks on Musk’s businesses began cropping up, and the Trump administration rightly labeled them domestic terror.
These aren’t “peaceful protesters.” These are shock troops for the federal establishment, desperate to protect their fiefdoms.
They weren’t protesting layoffs. They were protesting freedom.
Here’s the kicker: Elon Musk was only ever allowed to serve as a "special government employee" for 130 days per year.
The Deep State made sure of it.
That countdown clock ends May 30th, and they’ve been salivating ever since. With Musk preparing to step back, House Republicans are gearing up to finish what he started.
Because this isn’t about Elon Musk.
It’s about whether Americans still rule their government—or whether government rules them.
DOGE’s first 100 days were a declaration of war on the parasite class. And now that the system is bleeding, it’s panicking.
But the mission is far from over.
We don’t need 4 million bureaucrats.
We don’t need 50 layers of federal surveillance.
And we sure as hell don’t need globalist stooges defending waste in the name of “democracy.”
What we need is a full-spectrum takedown of the Deep State infrastructure—before they lock us down again, digitally or biologically.
