Senator Ron Johnson even put forward a common-sense bill to pay the military and essential federal workers. Democrats shut it down. Why? Because it didn’t give them unchecked power over who gets paid and who gets punished.

Democrats would rather use your pain to force their political wishlist than reopen the government and protect American families. This is D.C. extortion at its finest.
