Federal Judge Forces FDA to Release Hidden Pfizer Vaccine Docs

On December 6, 2024, a federal judge finally ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to release documents it had hidden from public view—documents directly tied to the emergency use authorization of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. For years, the FDA fought tooth and nail to keep this information buried, but the court has now forced its hand. The question we should all be asking: Why was the FDA so desperate to conceal the truth?

FDA Tried to Bury the Evidence for 75 Years

This legal battle began in September 2021, when attorney Aaron Siri, representing the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, filed a lawsuit under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The goal? To obtain the full set of records the FDA relied on to approve Pfizer’s vaccine.

Instead of complying, the FDA proposed an absurdly slow release schedule—500 pages per month, meaning the full disclosure would take 75 years. Yes, you read that right.

But in January 2022, Judge Mark Pittman of Texas shut that nonsense down, ordering the FDA to speed things up and release 55,000 pages per month. That should have meant full disclosure by August 2022. Yet as the documents trickled out, something became obvious: critical records were missing.

A Million Pages Withheld—Deliberately

It wasn’t just a clerical oversight. The FDA had deliberately withheld over a million pages—documents it knew existed and that directly related to Pfizer’s vaccine approval. This was a calculated move to mislead the judiciary and, more importantly, the public.

Attorney Aaron Siri didn’t hold back:

“The FDA has been hiding a million pages from the Court, the plaintiff, and the public. Only those concerned about the truth seek to conceal evidence.”

Siri went further, pointing out the FDA’s utter lack of confidence in its own approval process:

“The FDA is doing everything possible to prevent independent scientists from conducting an independent review.”

Judge Pittman Slams the FDA’s Secrecy

Now, Judge Pittman is forcing the FDA’s hand once again. In his latest ruling, he invoked a powerful historical reminder from American revolutionary Patrick Henry:

“The liberties of a people never were, nor ever will be, secure, when the transactions of their rulers may be concealed from them.”

Pittman made it clear: the pandemic is long over, and there is no legitimate excuse for withholding these documents. The latest court order demands their full release by June 2025. But will the FDA comply?

Siri’s Warning: The Fight Isn’t Over

Siri isn’t taking any chances. He has issued a legal notice warning the FDA and the Department of Health and Human Services against tampering with or destroying any documents. If they do, he vows to report them to the Department of Justice.

“The FDA has spent far too long thinking it can do whatever it wants without accountability,” Siri said.

He suspects the agency will try to stall, drag out legal battles, and exhaust resources. But he isn’t backing down:

“I think they’re hoping we will just go away. What the FDA doesn’t know is that we’re never going away. We won’t stop fighting for freedom and rights, ever.”

FDA’s Response? Silence.

And what does the FDA have to say for itself? Nothing. A spokesperson simply stated that the agency “does not comment on ongoing litigation.”

No surprise there.
