The Left’s Losing Streak: Raskin’s Blunder Exposed
Democrats thought they had the courts on their side. They thought they could block Trump’s executive actions by running to their usual activist judges. But it turns out, even those judges couldn’t stomach the blatant overreach.
On Sunday, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) went on CBS’s Face the Nation and proudly declared that Democrats were “winning in court… winning across the board.” It was the kind of premature victory lap that only a desperate man would take.
Because by Monday and Tuesday, the courts delivered a brutal reality check.
Judge Randolph Moss of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia struck down a Democrat-led attempt to block the Department of Government Efficiency from accessing federal spending records. The University of California Student Association had argued that this access would cause them “irreparable harm.” Moss rejected that nonsense.
Then there was Judge Tanya Chutkan—yes, the same Judge Chutkan known for her hostility toward Trump. Even she refused to grant a restraining order against Trump’s executive actions, citing a total lack of evidence for any real harm. Imagine how weak their case must be for her to reject it!
And it didn’t stop there.
- Judge John Bates ruled against an attempt to block DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) from accessing government records, dismantling another leftist lawsuit.
- Judge George O’Toole originally enjoined Trump’s buyout offer—only to reverse himself and allow it to proceed. Another supposed “win” for Democrats turned into an embarrassing failure.
- Judge Randolph Moss (again!) ruled against federal employees trying to stop a new email system, saying they failed to prove any legal basis for their complaint.
One by one, these cases crumbled. The left thought they could block Trump’s lawful executive authority, but the courts aren’t buying what they’re selling.
Democrats’ Legal Circus Falls Apart
Let’s be clear: this wasn’t about justice. It was never about protecting the Constitution. It was about using the courts as a weapon to sabotage Trump. It’s the same playbook they used with bogus impeachments, fraudulent investigations, and sham indictments.
The Democrats lost both houses of Congress. They lost public trust. They lost any claim to legitimacy. So now they resort to lawfare—desperately trying to stop Trump through activist judges.
But here’s the problem: Trump is following the law. He has the constitutional authority to execute these actions. Even the courts can’t deny it.
And yet, despite these humiliating defeats, the mainstream media will never tell you the truth. They’ll still push Raskin’s lie that Democrats are “winning across the board.” They rely on you being distracted, uninformed, and overwhelmed by their constant propaganda.

The reason Democrats are so desperate is simple: Trump is winning. The courts are proving it. The people see it. The banking elites and their puppets in Washington are panicking because they’re losing control.

Raskin’s premature celebration is just another example of the left’s delusion and arrogance. They want to believe they’ve beaten Trump. But they haven’t. They can’t.
