On September 1st, a new chapter begins. That’s when SB 17 kicks in — a law that prohibits members of the CCP and other hostile foreign powers from purchasing Texas land, including:

Residential property
Agricultural land
Mineral rights
Water resources

Finally, someone in power is recognizing that letting the CCP buy up American soil is not "investment" — it’s infiltration.

Enemy Nations Can’t Own Our Homeland

The law targets more than just China. It slams the door on land grabs by Russia, Iran, North Korea, and any other regime labeled a national security threat by the Director of National Intelligence. It even gives the Texas governor authority to add more enemies to the blacklist.

And make no mistake — the Chinese are already here.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture confirms that Chinese nationals hold 277,336 acres of U.S. farmland and forest land. Of that, 123,708 acres are in Texas. That’s not an oversight — that’s an invasion in slow motion.
