Texas bans CCP land ownership

TEXAS TAKES A STAND: New Law Bans Communist China from Buying American Soil

EDITOR'S NOTES

While Washington bows to Beijing and Wall Street drools over cheap Chinese labor, Texas just dropped the hammer. In a bold move that should’ve happened years ago, Governor Greg Abbott signed Senate Bill 17, blocking members of the Chinese Communist Party and other hostile regimes from buying land in the Lone Star State.

Let me say that again, louder for the people in the back: Texas just banned the CCP from buying American land.

Why? Because land is freedom. Because food, water, and minerals are national security. And because the Chinese Communist Party isn’t just an economic competitor — it’s a full-blown enemy.

This isn’t paranoia. This is self-defense.

Texas Says No to Communist Land Grabs

On September 1st, a new chapter begins. That’s when SB 17 kicks in — a law that prohibits members of the CCP and other hostile foreign powers from purchasing Texas land, including:

  • Residential property
  • Agricultural land
  • Mineral rights
  • Water resources

Finally, someone in power is recognizing that letting the CCP buy up American soil is not "investment" — it’s infiltration.

Enemy Nations Can’t Own Our Homeland

Texas bans CCP land ownership

The law targets more than just China. It slams the door on land grabs by Russia, Iran, North Korea, and any other regime labeled a national security threat by the Director of National Intelligence. It even gives the Texas governor authority to add more enemies to the blacklist.

And make no mistake — the Chinese are already here.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture confirms that Chinese nationals hold 277,336 acres of U.S. farmland and forest land. Of that, 123,708 acres are in Texas. That’s not an oversight — that’s an invasion in slow motion.

They’re not buying land for “investment.” They’re buying it to control resources. To build surveillance outposts. To box us in from the inside.

While the Feds Sleep, Texas Defends Its Borders

For decades, D.C. politicians from both parties looked the other way while the CCP bought up farmland next to military bases and snuck into our supply chains. They’ve let globalist bankers and corporate elites sell out this country piece by piece.

But Texas? Texas is drawing the line.

As State Sen. Lois Kolkhorst put it, this is “the strongest national security bill that this nation has ever seen from any state.” She’s right.

This law doesn’t target people. It targets governments that hate us and are actively working to undermine our sovereignty.

Not Just a State Issue — It’s a National Emergency

Let’s get something straight:

  • The CCP owns American farmland.
  • That farmland feeds our families.
  • That land sits near military bases.
  • That’s not coincidence — that’s strategy.

They want our land. They want our water. They want our minerals. They want to control the very ground we stand on.

And why wouldn’t they? We let them buy it. We let them influence our universities. We let them flood our markets with poisoned products and digital surveillance.

But now, thanks to leaders like Rep. Cole Hefner and Sen. Bryan Hughes, Texas is saying: Not one acre more.

Why This Law Matters — And What Comes Next

This isn’t just a Texas story. It’s part of a larger, growing movement. According to the Congressional Research Service, 22 states have already passed laws restricting foreign land ownership.

But let’s be honest — that’s still not enough.

This needs to go nationwide.
We need total bans on CCP land grabs, not just in Texas, but in every red state, every swing state — every inch of American soil.

Because what happens when the water rights are in foreign hands? When the farmland is owned by an enemy? When our food supply, energy grid, and infrastructure are subject to foreign control?

That’s not security. That’s suicide.

Land Is Liberty — And Liberty Must Be Defended

Remember what the Founders fought for. This land — our land — was won through blood, sweat, and sacrifice. It doesn’t belong to the CCP. It doesn’t belong to billionaire tech overlords or Davos bankers.

It belongs to the people.

But every time we allow a foreign enemy to buy a ranch, a farm, a well, or a pipeline, we sell out that legacy.

And we don’t get it back.

This new Texas law is a warning shot to globalist traitors and foreign enemies alike:
You don’t get to buy America. Not anymore.

Now It’s Your Turn — Take Action Before It’s Too Late

Don’t just cheer this law — prepare for what’s coming. The battle for American land is far from over. While Texas fights back, the banking elite and digital tyrants are already laying the groundwork for the next takeover — through surveillance, digital IDs, and FedNow tyranny.
