While Americans struggle with inflation and rising living costs, the Biden administration thought it was a great idea to send $15 million worth of contraceptives to Afghanistan, a country currently ruled by the Taliban. The excuse? Promoting “basic rights and freedoms” for women and girls. Let’s be real—do you think the Taliban is passing out U.S.-funded birth control like candy at a parade? No. That money likely vanished into the pockets of corrupt officials or was used for who-knows-what.

And it gets worse.

2. $50 Million Almost Went to Buy Condoms for Gaza

As if $15 million in condoms for Afghanistan wasn’t enough, Biden’s team almost funneled $50 million to buy contraceptives for Gaza. Because when you’re dealing with a region run by Hamas and torn apart by war, clearly the priority is making sure there are enough rubbers to go around. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt rightfully called this a “preposterous waste of taxpayer money.”

They say it didn’t happen in the end. But the fact that it was even on the table should tell you everything you need to know about how these people think.

3. The Ice-Skating Drag Show—Funded by YOU

Ever wondered where your taxes go? Well, how about an ice-skating drag show on climate change? The Biden administration spent $10,000 on “Beards on Ice,” a drag performance put on by the Bearded Ladies Cabaret. These are the same people who claim they don’t have enough money for veterans or border security. But an ice-skating drag show? That’s a top priority.

They’re laughing at you.

4. $20 Million for a Sesame Street Spin-Off in Iraq

Because clearly, what Iraq needs right now is a government-funded puppet show. USAID dropped $20 million on “Ahlan Simsim,” a Sesame Street-style show designed to promote “inclusion” and “mutual respect.” If this was about brainwashing kids with whatever woke nonsense the U.S. government is pushing this week, then mission accomplished.

If they really wanted to promote inclusion, maybe they should have included the American taxpayers in the decision to waste their money on this nonsense.

5. Torturing Kittens for “Science”

And now for the most sickening part.

The government spent $1.5 million experimenting on motion sickness. But not just any experiment—one that involved drilling holes into the skulls of kittens and strapping them to tables to be spun around. That’s right, your tax dollars were used to torture innocent animals in a way that can only be described as pure evil.

Whoever approved this should be in prison. Period.

Why DOGE Might Be the Last Hope

Government waste isn’t a bug in the system—it is the system. And while every administration promises to cut spending, few actually try. That’s where the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) comes in. Elon Musk believes we can slash $1 trillion from the federal budget, and so far, DOGE claims to be saving around $1 billion per day just by eliminating unnecessary positions, shutting down DEI programs, and cutting off foreign organizations from the money hose.

That’s a start. But it’s not nearly enough.

DOGE is even looking at selling off two-thirds of government-owned office space—which should terrify the bureaucrats who have been sucking off the taxpayer teat for decades.

Of course, the establishment will fight this tooth and nail. The left is already panicking, scrambling to throw lawsuits at the Trump administration in a desperate attempt to stop these cuts. They know that if the American people wake up and realize just how bloated and corrupt the system is, their entire house of cards will come crashing down.
