For over a century, the Supreme Court has protected the ruling class at the expense of the people. Want proof? From 1935 to 1997, the Court didn’t strike down a single federal law. Not one. Meanwhile, Washington churned out wave after wave of unconstitutional power grabs, and the courts nodded along like obedient lapdogs.
The Civil War? That was the beginning of full-blown judicial tyranny. The destruction of states’ rights, the obliteration of the Tenth Amendment—after 1865, the federal government made it clear: Washington rules, the people obey.
And today, that tyranny is alive and well.
John Roberts and the Deep State’s Legal Mafia
Take a look at Chief Justice John Roberts—a man who has betrayed America at every turn. When President Trump attempted to deport over 200 violent, foreign-born criminals—gang members, rapists, murderers—what did Roberts and his fellow black-robed despots do?
They declared it illegal.
That’s right—illegal to deport murderers and rapists!
And when Trump called for the impeachment of the rogue judge who made this lunatic ruling, Roberts fired back, protecting his Deep State allies instead of standing with the American people.
This is how the system works: the courts will stop at nothing to block real leadership, especially when that leadership threatens the establishment’s power.
Andrew Jackson Showed Us the Way
But we weren’t always ruled by judicial dictators. There was a time when American presidents refused to bow down to corrupt courts. And no one understood this better than President Andrew Jackson—the man Trump has rightfully admired.
Back in 1819, Chief Justice John Marshall—another Hamilton-worshipping totalitarian—tried to force a national bank onto the American people. Jackson wasn’t having it. He stood up to the courts, vetoed the bank, and told Marshall to shove it.
When the Deep State tried to push unconstitutional policy, Jackson responded with five words every patriot should remember:

That’s the spirit America needs today!
It’s Time to Fight Back!
The federal courts are no longer legitimate. They exist only to serve the ruling class and punish true American patriots. And if states want to protect their people, they must be willing to defy these black-robed tyrants.
Trump doesn’t have to listen to them. Governors don’t have to listen to them. We, the people, don’t have to listen to them.
