EDITOR'S NOTE: Today, we're ripping the mask off of a disturbingly authoritarian policy in Europe, where simply using cash for purchases over 1,000 euros could land you in jail or with a hefty fine. This blatant assault on personal freedom and financial autonomy is nothing short of an Orwellian nightmare. This Twitter post clearly exhibits the dark underbelly of financial totalitarian policy. Think of the dire implications it has for our fundamental rights in general. Most importantly, let’s hope America doesn’t go down this road.
