In the early hours of April 19, without warning, the Supreme Court issued a secretive midnight order halting the deportation of alleged members of the Tren de Aragua, a Venezuelan criminal gang tied to a socialist regime. These aren’t asylum seekers. These are hardened thugs from a group President Trump rightfully labeled a foreign terrorist organization. And yet, the Supreme Court handed them a golden ticket to stay in America.

No hearing. No jurisdiction. No explanation. Just raw judicial overreach.

Justice Samuel Alito wasn’t having it. In a fiery dissent backed by Justice Clarence Thomas, Alito laid bare the truth:
