Every trend Pew documented points in one direction — toward a population that is distracted, indebted, surveilled, infantilized, and uncertain of its own judgment. That’s not accidental. That’s governance strategy. The Question No One Wants to Ask If this is the trajectory with elections, with media, with universities, with tech innovation… What happens when the system decides you’re no longer needed? Because history is clear on one point: Empires don’t warn their citizens before they break them. They distract them. And right now, America is very distracted.
